This is how it Works
Once you sign up, you will receive a PDF with the itinerary of the daily challenges.
Every weekday morning between 5th December and 9th December
you will receive an email with the details of the challenge of that day.
Every day, the challenge of the day will be posted in our private facebook group and I will be there every early evening talking through the strategies.
I will answer any questions and all the participants of the challenge can share their work, ideas and results and get feedback and support each other

So many women feel drained by the competing needs of others and I help them crush their own soul sucking inner critic and negative thought patterns ,create clear boundaries, and finally live life on their own terms.
I’m passionate about working with women 1-1 with my coaching programs, groups, virtual workshops and in person events. I use a mixture of practical strategies with modern day spirituality techniques but always make sure you keep your feet on the ground!

...I don’t have 15 minutes a day to complete the daily challenges?
No worries! You can do the daily challenges at your own pace and time, you can always catch up but it’s best to do before the end to make the most of the help and support.
...I don’t like the challenge after I started?
Then just don’t do it! We are not twisting your arm here and it is completely FREE so you have nothing to lose!
...I need help or have questions?
No problem! As long as you join our private Facebook group, you will get answers and help throughout the challenge.I will be in there everyday going through the workbook and answering questions!
